You are responsible for resolving questions about study abroad programmes, guiding students through necessary requirements, and assisting them with travel or visa documentation. CRM systems are used to log leads, track conversations and outcomes, and ensure all records and deadlines are up to date for best results.

Your day often starts with reviewing new messages from students and clients across all communication platforms. Listening carefully and responding promptly is crucial in this role.

You guide clients through study requirements, explaining each step clearly and patiently. Documentation support, especially for those new to travel or visa applications, is part of your everyday tasks.

As issues or complaints come up, you resolve them courteously, escalating only when appropriate. Regularly updating CRM tools and keeping accurate notes is key for follow-up.
